Jackass.biz
Jackass.biz is a flea market, a classifieds site for buying and selling of virtually anything. Anyone can register and place ads free of cost. Anyone interested in buying listed items can contact the seller directly.
Ad Submission
Registration is required and will let you edit your ads after publication. Login, click on the Submit Listing button in the header. The submission form will open up. Fill-up, upload images and submit it. Once submitted the Site Admin will check it in the next 24 hours and approve (or reject) the ad.
Listing Duration
Ads are listed for 90 days and turn to preview mode on expiry. You can renew/list again if necessary. There is no limitation on the number of ads one can publish but do not engage in spamming. Request setting-up of a new category if your ad requires.
Caveat
Site Admin has the final say as to what can be posted and published on the site. Any undesirable post will be deleted. Our service is provided “As Is” without any warranty or guarantee of any kind. Buyers – exercise due diligence. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

Privacy Policy
Information Collected
We require your name and e-mail address to be submitted while submitting ads. The e-mail address is not visible on the site but interested buyers can contact you through the contact form. We may communicate with you occasionally in connection with the services provided by us.
Sharing Information
We do not share information with third parties. Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our website.
Business Transition
In the event of Jackass.biz going through a business transition, such as a merger, being acquired by another company, or selling a portion of its assets, users’ personal information will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred.
